Here’s a quick 3-minute preview on SoundCloud:

Other options include the softcover edition, beautifully bound in a dust jacket with a 2-color cover. The book is 8.75″ x 5.75″ perfect bound and is printed on a small run Ryobi offset press.
Letterpress Edition ($250)
Limited run of 35. Includes insured 2-day priority mail shipping to anywhere in the US.
This was the dream that began this whole endeavor. I wanted to create the book in such a way that it would be one that my kids would be able to give to their kids. The letterpress editions are hand bound and sewn & cased in. They are wrapped in celadon Japanese book cloth and stored in a midnight black slipcase with a pull ribbon. Both the case and the book are stamped with a semi-glossy embossing of the Kanji “Zō”. The end sheets are handprinted watercolors on Arches hot press paper and so each is unique. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to make these again. There are currently only five left to sell, each unique. If you’re interested, contact me and I can send you photographs of the watercolor interior.
Letterpress Print ($45)
Limited first run of 10 (image + text) and 10 (image only)
I was able to make prints from the plates using French Speckletone paper + a hand mixed ink, something close to a dark, cool gray (Cool Gray 11c). There are only ten of these with the text, and ten without. I plan on making a a few more, but since I don’t own the letterpress equipment it may be some time before that happens.
